We use an array of weights including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and medicine balls, along with heart pounding calisthenics, bodyweight exercises and precision-targeted abdominal work that will guarantee you get a full body workout in each session.
In each class, you'll face alternating rounds that challenge your strength, endurance and focus.
