Energize your day with our high-intensity SB Fitness classes, designed to push you to achieve new limits both physically and mentally. Expect a diverse mix of training methods, from classic circuit routines and high-intensity interval workouts, to varied conditioning exercises that encompass boxing, bag work, skipping and CrossFit.
We use an array of weights including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and medicine balls, along with heart pounding calisthenics, bodyweight exercises and precision-targeted abdominal work that will guarantee you get a full body workout in each session.
In each class, you'll face alternating rounds that challenge your strength, endurance and focus. The sessions are always fun, but you won't ever get off lightly and so we expect you to love and hate these sessions in equal measure! A controlled sparring session for members ready to apply their skills in a live setting.
SB Sparring is focused on developing timing, distance management, composure and ring awareness. Rounds are structured and supervised closely by coaches to ensure safety, learning and progression.
This is not a brawl. It's technical, purposeful work.
