SB Tech classes bring the perfect blend of old-school boxing drills, new cutting-edge techniques, and effective functional exercises. SB STRENGTH

A structured strength training session focused on building power, muscle and resilience.

This class centres around compound lifts and progressive overload — not random circuits. Expect barbell work, dumbbell accessory movements and focused core training, all coached with proper technique and intent.

Programming is designed not only to build strength, but to improve joint stability, reinforce movement patterns and reduce injury risk through smart, controlled training.

SB FIT

Energize your day with our high-intensity SB Fitness classes, designed to push you to achieve new limits both physically and mentally. Expect a diverse mix of training methods, from classic circuit routines and high-intensity interval workouts, to varied conditioning exercises that encompass boxing, bag work, skipping and CrossFit.

We use an array of weights including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and medicine balls, along with heart pounding calisthenics, bodyweight exercises and precision-targeted abdominal work that will guarantee you get a full body workout in each session.

In each class, you'll face alternating rounds that challenge your strength, endurance and focus. The sessions are always fun, but you won't ever get off lightly and so we expect you to love and hate these sessions in equal measure! Whether you're drawn to boxing or want to enhance your overall fitness, we've got you covered. We guarantee that SB FIT will leave you fully charged and ready for more.

SB Sparring

A controlled sparring session for members ready to apply their skills in a live setting.

SB Sparring is focused on developing timing, distance management, composure and ring awareness. Rounds are structured and supervised closely by coaches to ensure safety, learning and progression.

This is not a brawl. It's technical, purposeful work.

Expect:

  • Structured, timed rounds
  • Controlled intensity
  • Tactical feedback between rounds
  • Focus on defence, movement and decision-making

Open to members who have built a solid technical foundation and have coach approval.
